Sublimation Printing

Sublimation printing is perfect for personalising sportswear and custom training kits. The process of sublimation uses heat and pressure to transfer your design from sublimation paper directly onto the white polyester fabric. This process means your design becomes part of the fabric rather than a layer sitting on top of the fabric as in traditional heat-transfer textile printing. The result is more durable and allows for all over high-quality, vibrant prints that do not crack or peel. As every panel can be printed with complicated designs, sublimated rash vests offer the greatest print options. However it may not be possible for design prints to match up across seams, hems and panels so do consider this with your design.
